The hotel looked great. the room was beautiful as usual for courtyard. The staff were helpful. But on the second morning there was no hot water. When I called the front desk the clerk should not give any estimate for a time. I wasn't sure if I would be able to shower before checkout. Also the security door to outside was not working. Loved the pool and hot tub, no towels though. Great location to shopping and just a short drive to the space and rocket center.
The room, pool, and hot tub were great.
No hot water one morning, safety lock to outside door broken, guest computer not working.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The room itself was in great shape. The bedding was neat and clean. As for the bed itself, it was very comfortable and the pillows to sleep on were thick and fluffy. Very nice!

Receptionist was very accommodating and friendly. She was more than willing to ensure we had a comfortable stay.
The willingness of the staff to accommodate us with a non-smoking room, after all double rooms were booked was above expectations.
Housekeeping left dirty towels in the hallway most of the day before retrieving them.

Many clients say this Courtyard offers great value for money. One visitor said it was hard to find quality accommodation like this for less than $100 – and that it what he found here in Northern Alabama. The employees got top marks for being professional and friendly. There some gripes about the breakfast not being the best. Fortunately, there are plenty of other places to eat. Unexpected bonus was the hot chocolate chips cookies available in the lobby in the afternoons.
