The 200-room Marriott Shoals Hotel and Spa is located in the Tennessee River Valley and provides luxury accommodation for both the leisure and business traveler. The six-story, non-smoking hotel is just minutes from two championship Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail courses. The property has a 6,000 square foot European spa offering a full range of treatments. There are 22 meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest, the Shoals Ballroom, can accommodate 1,200 guests. Area attractions and landmarks include Wilson Lake, the Alabama Music Hall of Fame, the birthplace, museum and library of W.C. Handy, historic Wilson Lock and Dam, Huntsville Space and Rocket Center, the Kennedy-Douglas Center for the Arts, Frank Lloyd Wrights Rosenbaum House, the Children's Museum of the Shoals Inc, Ivy Green, the birthplace of Helen Keller and the Key Underwood Coon Dog Memorial Graveyard.

This Marriott resort gets many repeat clients which is always a good recommendation. Guests return for the Southern hospitality, great golf, luxury accommodation and the super spa. Many clients say the rates are reasonable, considering the quality of the facilities.
