We have traveled to Florence 5 of the last 6 years for the division ii national football championship game. It is always difficult to get a room let alone a good room. This was a shot in the dark and was we surprised, extremely pleasant staff, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Would highly recommend the comfort inn and will definitely stay there again congrats to grand valley state university division ii national champions 2003-2004-2005-2006.

This hotel was very clean, and reasonably priced. The hotel staff was more than friendly, and very helpful as well. I ended up getting lost and she stayed on the phone with me until I got there. The desk attendant ended up having to cook more sausages and biscuits as the cook didn't make enough for the continental breakfast bar, but she was still very courteous. I loved the atmosphere. I have never met friendlier people. I definitely would stay there again.
The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond the call of duty.
It was a little hard to find being I wasn't familiar with the area.

This hotel exhibits a clean-cut exterior and a warm, tidy and well appointed atmosphere on the inside. The hotel staff is comprised of very friendly individuals that keep this place clean and quiet all the time. These features extend to all guestrooms which, although rather simple, make comfortable retreats that include modern amenities. Although breakfast offers a typical fare, it is tasty and always fresh. The property is located near various restaurants and a convenience store.
