The hotel was nice and clean! The rooms were visually appealing and the beds slept great. The breakfast buffet was okay, as much as can be expected from a continental breakfast. I would most definitely stay here again.

This hotel serves as a wonderful and tasteful retreat and enables convenient access to the heart of Florence as well as wonderful shopping opportunities. It is run by a courteous and dedicated staff that is quite cheery and extremely informative. Accommodations are well looked after and offer great beds. All public facilities are immaculate and the lobby exhibits a very tasteful and relaxing décor. The free breakfast is well prepared and features many choices.
