Only thing I can say it was very nice the staff was great.

When we arrive there in Birmingham, ala., check was at 3:00 pm and we call early and they told us to come now are room was ready.

The pool outside was dirty.

A great value. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. The complimentary continental breakfast was good and well-maintained throughout the morning. It was really a lot nicer.

Clean, comfortable rooms and good complimentary breakfast.

The only complaint we had was that the workout room was inaccessible
to some construction.

Even though Best Western Gardendale Inn is near Interstate 65, it is located in a quiet area of town that ensures a refreshing nap atop the spacious bedding available in each guestroom. The property central location gives travelers quick access to downtown Birmingham. Aso, it makes an ideal starting point for those visiting students at he University of Alabama - Birmingham. The property is also conviniently located near a barber shop,and a travel agency if you need to make any last minute travel arrangements. Travelers can also find additional attractions such as McWayne Center, Birmingham Civic Center and an IMAX® Theater. The hotel is also convenient to the enticing dining opportunities the downtown area offers. However, guests of this hotel wont have to venture for nice meal as a complimentary continental breakfast is available on the premises, it includes waffles, fruit, and cereal and bread. If youre planning on remaining close to the hotel you can settle into the comfortable lobby and read a newspaper. Elevators makes easier the access to top floors.

The front desk personnel are also friendly and well trained to accommodate a variety of travelers. All common facilities are also clean and inviting.
