This hotel is clean, efficient and friendly! The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was very spacious and clean, nice large shower/tub, awesome pillows (I wanted to take one home). My only complaint is parking, it was a bit cramped. During our stay a few trucks with trailers attached had pulled up and taken up four or five parking spots each, which greatly declined available parking space. Parking lot is lighted and easy access into and out of it. All around a very nice hotel and a very nice stay.

While attending a conference in the Birmingham area, my husband and I chose to stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites. The hotel was very quiet and clean. The continental breakfast was a good start to the day and thought the managers happy hour was a nice touch. We would stay at this hotel again. Thanks.

One of our beds sagged so badly in the middle that it was nearly touching the floor with or without somebody laying in it.The sheets on the bed were very wrinkled, it looked as though somone had slept on them prior to our arrival. There were cobwebbs hanging from ceiling and wallpaper coming off in the bathroom.Furniture in room looked like 1970's beach decor. Staff was nice but I would not reccomend this hotel.

I was suching for a hotel and we decided to try this hotel and the manager was very friendly....he kept a smile and the hotel was beautiful....the staff was very hospitable. This will be the hotel I would recommend to anyone.

I had a nice time while I stayed @ the Comfort Inn. The only disadvantage was not having a laundry facility nearby.

We stayed here during City Stages in Birmingham, AL. The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. Would stay here again.

A coworker and I were in town for a 3 day medical seminar. I had reservations at this hotel. She was staying with her parents in their 40 foot motorhome. The hotel manager was generous and allowed her parents to park their motorhome in the parking lot and even invited them in for continental breakfast. Wow! I know where I'm staying next time I visit Birmingham.

We only needed to stop over for the night while on our way to Destin, FL. We didn't get there early enough to participate in any amenities that may be offered. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bed is excellent for someone with back problems, though, as it felt as though we were sleeping on a board. Our toilet was having some problem but the problem was handled quickly. When using the plunger didn't work, we were given the key to the adjoining room to use its facilities. Overall, it served the purpose we needed.
