Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket in Phuket Thailand

The rooms are gorgeous, the long pool a bonus and the food choices are great. My one complaint is the beach area, which is really too small for the size of the hotel. Too many guests at the beach area at one time and we have to be elbow to elbow for space. And the beach staff were extremely rude. They were not helpful at all.
