The Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket is loaded with luxury and located in the upmarket Laguna area on the northwest of Phuket Island on pristine Bang Tao beach. There are 297 spacious rooms and 125 grande villas including one-bedroom lagoon villas, one and two-bedroom island villas, and three and four-bedroom special villas and residences each with their own private swimming pool. Fine food, incredible service in a tropical ambiance makes the Sheraton and its neighboring resorts, very much THE place to stay in Phuket. The whole area is very much man-made a la Disney so do not expect to find true Thai life within the vast Laguna complex.

Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket Accommodations

All the accommodation is furnished to the highest of Thai standards with lashings of teak and silks. The rooms, always large, are continually updated and all have high-speed Internet access. Linens, bathrobes, slippers and toiletries are of the highest standard – one reason many clients are repeat visitors.

Amenities offered

The resort is one of five resorts in the Laguna complex. Complimentary transport throughout Laguna Phuket is available via bus and boat. Guests enjoy signing privileges in 30 restaurants and bars at the five resorts, as well as the Laguna Phuket Golf Club. The VIK (Very Important Kids) Club provides daily entertainment and Ning Nong and Yum Yum, the baby elephants at the resort are star attractions. There is a 24-hour fitness center, numerous shops, the impressive Angsana Spa and a business center.

From the east (Phuket City) drive along Highway 402 and turn left at The Heroines Monument. After approximately 10 kilometers you will reach Bang Tao beach. At the traffic lights near Cherngtalay police station turn right and follow the way to Laguna area. From the south, Patong Beach, take the Thaweewong Road (Beach road), pass by Kamala Beach, Leam Sing Beach and Surin beach on the way to Bang Tao beach. After approximately 20 kilometers at the traffic lights near the Cherngtalay police station you turn left and follow the signs to the Laguna area.
