They have a lovely concept of having 5 resorts together, but it does not help if the other hotels in the regions outshine this hotel by so much, while their rates are competitively close. I spent more time at Sheraton's pool, dining at Dusit, and spa at Banyan Tree. Their pool attendants were so rude. They forbade my 8-year old son from going on the slide and I was embarrassed by their attitude. I will recommend other resorts in the area. Better service, same price.

Stayed at the resort for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was excellant and staff were ever ready to answer questions. Room was big and confortable, nice clean toilets. Took the shuttle to visit other hotels in the area. Quite a novel idea of 5 hotels in an integrated resort. Definitely will revisit!
