Quick response from management about poor accommodation has given the Grand President, a block of 105 serviced apartments off the popular downtown Sukhumvit Road a better reputation and provide good value for money for those who prefer not to stay in a hotel. Much of the accommodation has been renovated and the affordable rates are well suited for the long-stay business executive or leisure traveler. There is easy access to the Bangkok expressways, the Skytrain rail system is within walking distance and there are numerous shops and department stores nearby.

Grand President Suites & Studios Accommodations
Newly renovated one-bedroom suites in Tower 2, ranging in size from 50 to 60 square meters, have new furnishings and fittings. All suites and apartments are fully furnished with 25-inch Sony Vega TVs, a video and CD player, international direct dialing telephone, in-room electronic safe, microwave oven, refrigerator and electric hotplate.
Amenities offered
In-house services include three swimming pools, a fully-equipped fitness centre with steam, sauna and massage. Dry cleaning and laundry service is available along with a mini-mart and travel desk. The business center provides a full range of secretarial services, meeting rooms, scanner and Internet service. The Ananda Spa offers a wide range of services. There are three restaurants – Japaanese, German and Thai-International - and 24-hour room service.
