The 38-storey Sofitel Silom Bangkok is ideally located on Silom Road, in the heart of the commercial, financial and diplomatic district. The 454-room property is the first five star hotel on Silom Road and is within walking distance of many city attractions as well as Chong Nongsi station for the Bangkok Skytrain system and Silom underground station. This prime location also provides easy access to the city’s expressways and is a 45 minutes drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport. The hotel has a good reputation for its high standards, comfortable rooms and attractive restaurants.

Sofitel Silom Bangkok Accommodations

The 454 rooms – including 32 suites – are well furnished in contemporary style and are fully equipped. All rooms have wireless Internet access, a safe deposit box and minibar. The modern spacious bathrooms have a bathtub, separate shower and a telephone.

Dining: The Shanghai 38 open for lunch and dinner with Chinese cuisine. Lenotre is an upmarket boutique for pastries in the lobby. Mitral is a Mediterranean restaurant on the second floor offering buffets from 6am until 11pm. Main courses are cooked to order in an open kitchen. V 9, Wine and Restaurant is a wine market, bar and restaurant with panoramic views of the city skyline. In the wine market the wines are offered with a recommended food pairing. Open from 5pm until 2am. Closed on Mondays. The hotel has an outdoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, fitness center and offers a variety of massages. The business center is fully equipped and can even rent you a computer during your stay.

From Suvarnabhumi airport: Take the Srinakarin expressway, continue through to the Rama 9 expressway, turn left onto Dao Kanong then continue through to the exit for Silom. Turn left onto Silom Road, continue through the next twp intersections, Surasak and Decho respectively. The hotel is located on the left hand side of the road.
