This hotel met all my expectations of a hotel of this star rating in Bangkok.
No drama, a nice room, hotel and facilities were all well presented and staff was very attentive and a convenient location near a sky train station.

An upscale Holiday Inn. But visibly clear to not be in the star category as the intercontinental right next door.
Better than other Holiday Inns I've been to.
I found a flying insect in cup after pouring canned ice tea.

Love the location, love the pillow selection, room is very modern and clean, staff is very friendly and loved the bathroom window, can watch TV in there. Definitely one of the better hotels in Bangkok. One of the best Holiday Inn ever!

Accommodations
All 379 rooms, including 22 suites, are brightly furnished with large modern bathrooms. Each room has a mini bar and coffee maker and a newspaper is delivered every day at no charge. Amenities offered
There are two restaurants: The Charm Thai on the lobby level which serves lunch and dinner. You can see the Thai cuisine being prepared. Café G, on the ground floor, is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. Specialties here are Chinese Wok cuisine, Indian Tandoori and Eurasian. There are also salad and dessert bars. The well-equipped fitness center is open from 6am until 10pm. Guests can also use, for a fee, the facilities of the Royal Health Spa in the adjoining Intercontinental Hotel.

Great value in a great location. This Holiday Inn offers excellent services for both families and businessmen. The young ones will love the special Kids Suites with Playstations. The businessman can stay in a room on one of the two Executive Club floors, relax in the Executive Club lounge and work in the high tech business center all at affordable prices.
