The nine-storey Harbour Ville Hotel Singapore stands in a quiet housing district and from the exterior looks like a block of private apartments next to Saint Theresa’s church and the Canadian International School. Start the day with breakfast at the Snack Café, a no-frills outdoor café open through the day. Other dining options are available slightly more than half a mile away at the HarbourFront Centre, a business and shopping complex. Also half a mile from the hotel are Mount Faber Park and the causeway leading to Sentosa island. The business district, Orchard Road shopping stretch and Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre are about three miles away.
