SHA Villa, formerly known as the Regalis Court, is housed in a quaint colonial-style three-storey house, and is a now a learning centre for students of the Singapore Hospitality Association Training and Educational Centre. The hotel’s Rosette restaurant offers an all day dining menu of continental dishes, and there is always a selection of cakes and pastries to suit any occasion. The hotel is within walking distance to the al fresco H2O Ethnic Food Street, which dishes up local, Asian and International fare, as well as Centrepoint shopping center on the Orchard Road shopping stretch. The business district is slightly more than a mile away.

The 40 rooms of SHA Villa feature polished wood floors and teak bed frames. Standard rooms are without windows while Superior rooms offer unobstructed views of the surroundings. All rooms are air conditioned and feature cable television, International Direct Dial telephone, in-room safe, Internet connection via wireless or cable connection, attached bathroom with shower, coffee/tea making facilities, hair dryer, and complimentary daily breakfast. Non-smoking rooms as well as extra beds and baby cots (no extra charge) are available on request.

The staff at the 24-hour reception desk can offer options for business and recreational activities near the hotel, as the hotel lacks these facilities. By MRT: Alight at Somerset station. Exit to Exeter Road by following the directional signs on the underpass and cross the road. Walk along Exeter Road against the flow of traffic to reach Killiney Road. Cross the road and walk south toward Lloyd Road. Turn left on to Llyod Road and continue on to arrive at SHA Villa.

By car: From the airport, travel along the East Coast Parkway in the direction of the city. Continue along East Coast Parkway Exit 15 then get on Rochor Road. Turn left on to North Bridge Road then take another left on to Middle Road. Continue along then turn left on to Bencoolen Street before taking a right on to Stamford Road. Shortly after, turn left to Fort Canning Road and continue on to Oxley Road followed by Eber Road. Turn right on to Killiney Road followed by another right on to Lloyd Road. Continue to arrive at SHA Villa.
