No Room for a Confirmed Reservations - posted on 11/12/2006
Received confirmation for 2 rooms from the hotel reservation staff directly but was told no room when my guests wanted to check-in. UNBELIEVABLE!

The hotel is nice decorated, very unique and charming in its way. The room size is toooo small and it will be great if it's about 20% bigger to make it more acceptable. Nice location.

I travel to Singapore regularly and have ate at Ember Restaurant which is superb, thought I would try hotel for a change from normal business hotel. Love the trendy decor, location. Nice to be in Chinatown with safe walking and interesting food. So happy to be out of normal business hotel for a change. Rooms are a little small but well appointed.

Staff is completely rude Service is the worst I have had in a very long time 3 words: NO HOT WATER Windows are terrible - noisy street breakfast not that great Did I say service is TERRIBLE? "plasma TV" is actually LCD computer screen mounted to wall
