For a 4 Star hotel the rooms are in need of work. Also rooms are too small when third bed used.

I run marathons. Trying to keep in shape while on business in Asia can be a chore. This hotel has the best gym and spa for the value. Also staff is very helpful in business needs and *emergency* laundry needs. Take a deluxe room over a standard or go for the Orchard club. It is worth it. I am staying here again.
