Furama City Centre is located near the historical enclave of Chinatown. It is less than half a mile from the business district of Singapore, and the Clarke Quay dining and entertainment stretch. Within a one-and-a-half mile radius from the hotel is Funan IT mall, Boat Quay dining stretch, Esplanade Theatres on the Bay, Zouk night spot, and the Orchard Road shopping stretch. The hotel offers guests a selection of continental dishes at Tiffany Coffee House, Cantonese cuisine and dim sum at Furama Palace Chinese Restaurant, and two drinks for the price of one during happy hours at Heritage Bar.

Non-smoking rooms are available upon request.

There are function rooms that seat from 30 to 1000, and a team present during your function to handle contingencies. Audiovisual equipment and photographer/videographer can be rented through the hotel with advance notice. By MRT: Alight at Chinatown station and exit to Eu Tong Sen Street. Walk along Eu Tong Sen Street, following the flow of traffic. Cross Havelock Square and arrive at Furama City Centre.

By car: From the airport, travel along the East Coast Parkway in the direction of the city. Exit on to Prince Edward Road then turn right on to Anson Road. Continue along Robinson Road then turn left on to Cross Street. Next, take a right on to Eu Tong Sen Street followed by a left at Havelock Square. Furama City Centre is on the right.
