The check in was cumbersome and the reserved room was different from what we had chosen. The cliffs restaurant is great, the pool area and poolside restuarant is lovely - the room did not feel inviting, facilities already starting to deteriorate and housekeeping almost forgot to clean the room. What was really disappointing was our visit to the Spa - it was unfriendly, unhelpful and drinks orders were actually ignored.
