Despite its tranquil surroundings, the hotel is about nine miles from the financial district and about eight miles from the Orchard Road shopping district. The hotel is next to the Sentosa Golf Club and offers staircase access to Palawan beach, where The Dolphin Lagoon and several popular beach bars are located.

There are 167 deluxe rooms, 43 suites and four villas at all rooms feature two telephone lines, high-speed Internet access, voice mail, satellite television, work desk, electronic personal safe, and mini-bar. Other comforts include a picturesque garden view, bath robe & slippers, iron & board, hair dryer, separate bath & shower, bathroom amenities, and daily newspapers. There is a choice of smoking or non-smoking rooms.
The hotel has five meeting rooms seating from 60 to 360 persons, each fully equipped for the smooth functioning of board meetings and teleconferences. By MRT: Alight at Harbourfront station then take the air-conditioned hotel shuttle bus service, departing every half hour, from VivoCity.
By car: From the airport, travel along the East Coast Parkway in the direction of the city. Continue on to the Ayer Raja Expressway and exit on to Keppel Road in the direction of Telok Blangah. At the junction before VivoCity, turn left and along the causeway to Sentosa island. Before your arrival, make arrangements with the hotel for complimentary entry to avoid paying the car entry toll at the causeway entrance.
