As a regular visitor to Singapore, it was my first time at this particular hotel. Staff were courteous and very helpful and the facilities were great - the pool area was particularly impressive. Rooms were clean but the bathrooms although could do with attention. Great location and facilities for the price. Got stung slightly on the minibar - the soft drinks are not complimentary!!!

We have stayed here often over the past 13 years. The hotel has been recently updated and is fresh and tidy. I haven't stayed on the Club floors in a while, but when I did, I was never disappointed. Family rooms are available. Located above several good restaurants and coffee shops and near the Forum Shopping Ctr., which has ToysRUs and other kid friendly stuff.

Checking in was made easy with the privilege club benefit. The service was top notch and the rooms were quiet and well kept. My view of the city was marvelous, similar to a post card I had seen. Can't wait to experience it all again.
