This hotel is badly managed and badly designed. There are no public rooms downstairs and about 20 uncomfotable chairs placed around. The restaurants were staffed by enthusiastic and untrained people. The napkins were paper and I could go on and on suffice to say that traders hotel penang is 10 times better. It is definitely what I would call a more upmarket version of an hotel within an airport.Not a place for a long stay.Definitely a transit hotel
