Goodwood Park Hotel is located along Scotts Road, just off the Orchard Road shopping and entertainment stretch. The hotel is within two miles of the Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre and the business district, and less than a mile from the Great World City shopping complex and Zouk nightspot. Besides being known for its colonial architecture, the Goodwood Park Hotel is also famous for the popular English Afternoon Tea at Café L’Espresso, unique meat trolley service at Gordon Grill, and durian puffs from the Deli.

The Goodwood Park Hotel will appeal to those who favor old-world charm over modern fittings. The hotel was designated a national landmark in 1989 because of its historical significance: built as a social club for the early German community in 1900, the building became the residence for high-ranking Japanese military during World War II, after which it served as a British war crimes court before it was converted in to a hotel. The 235 rooms spread over three floors have individually controlled air-conditioning, cable TV, stereo, mini bar, work desk with lamp, wireless data connection, direct dial telephone with voice mail, in-room safe, alarm clock, tea/coffee maker, bath tub in bathroom, hair dryer, bath robes. Additionally, room service is available round the clock, with daily complimentary breakfast and newspapers.

A boardroom with conference facilities comfortably seats 10 while four other function rooms are equipped for bigger meetings. Guests can workout at the fitness center, enjoy massages at the wellness center or relax at one of two outdoor pools. By MRT: Alight at Orchard station and follow the exit to Scotts Road. Walk down Scotts Road against oncoming traffic and toward Far East Plaza. The hotel is just after Far East Plaza.

By car: From the airport, travel along the Pan Island Expressway in the direction of the city. Exit on to Stevens Road and continue on to Scotts Road. The hotel is immediately on the left.
