Robertson Quay Hotel is situated along a quiet stretch of the Singapore River. Across the hotel are the Singapore Repertory Theatre as well as the eateries and bars at Robertson Quay. Within walking distance west of the hotel is the Clarke Quay dining and entertainment stretch, featuring Hooters of Singapore restaurant, Ministry of Sound nightspot and G-Max Reverse Bungy. The hotel is approximately a mile from the business district Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre, and Chinatown historical enclave.

From the airport, travel along the East Coast Parkway in the direction of the city. Continue along East Coast Parkway Exit 15 and carry on to Rochor Road. Turn left on to Beach Road then take a right on to Middle Road. After a short distance, turn left on to North Bridge Road then travel for slightly over half a mile before turning right on to North Boat Quay. Take a right on to River Valley Road and continue along before turning left on to Unity Street. Shortly after, turn right on to Merbau Road then turn left to arrive at Robertson Quay Hotel.
