The Intercontinental is centrally located at Bugis Junction. Connected to the hotel is a shopping mall with the MTR just underground. So you do not even need to walk outside to take the subway. My overall stay was pleasant. Clean room. Good service. I will definitely stay there again.

The complaint of a non-working toilet was ignored by the management for 10 hours, then we were moved to a different room. We were required to pay a 1/2 day rate to extend our stay until 6 pm on our last day, but late afternoon maid service deprived us of utilizing that time in the room. Hairdryer in room did not work, but was repaired on request.

Just had a weekend stay for a club room. Room is good but my advice is, service rendered below average compare to even a 4 star hotel. Especially locals, do not visit there as there are many hotels around offerring a much better service. Service staffs there simply just look upon foreigners and ignore you!
