Located in the cultural and historical Bugis area, InterContinental Singapore consists partly of an amalgamation of restored 1920 Peranakan-style shop houses. The hotel’s interior is replete with Perenakan architecture, art and tapestry. The Lounge of the hotel is a Peranakan living room offering delightful pastries for afternoon tea, and soothing jazz tunes in the evening. Equally delectable are the Mediterranean fare and seafood buffets dished up by Olive Tree, delicate Cantonese dim sum at the award-winning Man Fu Yuan, and premium international beers available at Victoria Bar. The InterContinental Singapore Shophouse Rooms overlook the first fully air-conditioned street connecting the hotel and Parco Bugis Junction shopping complex.

By MRT: Alight at Bugis station. Exit to ground level of Parco Bugis Junction shopping complex then to InterContinental Singapore through the underpass by following the directional signs.

By car: From the airport, travel along East Coast Parkway in the direction of the city, and continue along East Caost Parkway Exit 15. Continue on to Rochor Road then turn left on to North Bridge Road and continue on to Bugis Street. Shortly after, turn right on to Hylam Street then turn left on to Malay Street. Continue along to shortly arrive at InterContinental Singapore.
