It is hard to find a major complaint about the hotel. The rooms and restaurants get high marks from previous clients as do the casino and spa. Some complain they have a problem sleeping at night because of the noise from outside. This is Manila and it is noisy around the clock. If you came to Manila for quiet times you picked the wrong city.

The rooms are decorated with Filipino artwork and have a king-sized bed, oversized work desk with Internet access and white marble bathroom with rain shower and soaking tub. Views are either over Manila Bay or the lush poolside gardens. Amenities include: Vanity counter with stool, mirror and additional lighting, coffee and tea making facility, minibar, satellite TV, DVD player, three phones and an in-room safe large enough to store and charge a laptop. Room service is available 24/7 and a fruit plate and newspaper are delivered daily.
