We stayed 7 nights in a presidential suite and it was the most horrible experience ever. Employees were rude and unhelpful. We could never find anything to eat and the shows were awful along with the disco at nite. Do not spend your time or money!

Dispite a premium price, only two types of beer, one red aand one white wine were offered. The private functions were noisy, keeping us awake until 4:00. Al la Carte resraurants and shows were closed or restricted to accomodate private functions. Poor value for the price.

Stay away from their seafood, got terrible food poisoning from their shrimp cocktail. Reception staff very nonchalant/nonaccomodating. Not worth the high price at all! Internet access is only in lobby.

My daughter and I travel to Mexico when ever I can afford it. This was our first visit to Manzanillo. Wow do they have an excellent site (beach terrace), for Weddings. The food was plentiful and items I've never had the opportunity to try (ostritch, cactus salad, cevichi) just to name a few. My daughter enjoyed the kids club (the saff were wonderful). A memoriable foray was over the Budda Garden off the property, expansive, untouched beach (you can hear the thunderous crash of the surf at the outdoor dinners. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Karmina.

This is an excellent hotel... really.. amazing , everything, rooms, the all-inclusive plan.

This hotel was a great hotel. I believe that it is the best hotel in Manzanillo. There are so many things that you can do here. You will never get bored. The slide is for young people, but why would adults want to get on a slide for? The entertainment everynight is very enjoyful.
