poor service sewer smell on and off . to isolated we would never return even if somebody paid us.our room was nice after we upgraded to a suite.

After booking, I read reviews and was worried. After a week with a beach all to ourselves;good food-great ala carte restuarant-great entertainment and excellent/polite service; I would go back again anytime and recommend it. What do people expect when they book a 3.5 hotel? We are not in North America.

Needs an extreme make over. Built a long while ago and has not had an overhaul in decades. Obviously there is no building code in Mexico or they would have to shut the place down. Too flawed to be considered a resort in North American terms. No matter what any one tells you, you spend time in your room and these rooms are in bad shape.

Not a nice place, very old, very dingy. Rooms are downright depressing. Food is edible but the same day after day. Stay away from pizza, many got really ill from it. Beach is nice but location is very, very isolated. $50.00 taxi to nearest town.

My kids got a Great Time...I booked a great deal that is what I got....If you have a 5 star resort needs go to other hotel....I LIKE BLUE BAY...

Is not that bad...it is fun...yes need work on the rooms, food is good...activities is good... I do recomended.

Not recommended. Needs big overhaul, renovation. Funny, but you think the owners would travel to other resorts to see whats doing? These guys don't. Pity ! I will never return.

A true garbage class resort. Stay away. Read all reviews, do your due dilligence. Not recommended.
