I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Kota Kinabalu. The staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast overlooking the bay was really good and we finally discovered the 5.0 - 7.0pm drinks with snacks which was very welcome.

It was quiet. The room was large and had everything necessary for comfort.

The internet was really expensive.

Many former clients said the extra money spent in one of the Regency Club rooms was worthwhile. In addition to the continental breakfast club members get cocktails and snacks in the evening and free refreshments throughout the day. The club lounge overlooks the South China Sea and has wonderful views of the sunset over the nearby islands. Full marks were given for the charm and friendliness of all the hotel staff.
