Very good location--just beside Shiodome and Shinbashi train stations. Excellent staff--polite and helpful! The rate was very resonable for both business and leisure purposes. It was definitely a pleasant stay and I would love to returen in the future.

Our stay was great. Rooms are nice (it's worth to pay more for a larger premium room), location is great, service is great... Everything was 5 star. Only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 is that their cncierge staffs are very friendly but they do not know anything. (but they do their best to find answers for you though)

Everything is perfect: room, service, location, and staffs. This will be our choice again in Tokyo when we go back.

This is a lovely hotel with new Asia minimalist decor. Friendly staff. Romantic room. Only drawback is the price of meals and drinks but this is true all over Tokyo. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

We were very pleased with this hotel. It's quite new, the staff couldn't be more helpful. It's within walking distance to the Hama-Rikyu Gardens and the Tsukiji Fish Market.
