This hotel was AWESOME! The service we received can't be spoken about enough. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay in Tokyo was problem free. The location is in a prime spot and our room had a great view. Highly recommended!

We needed to know the location of the air conditioning and curtain controls. We turned down the thermostat, but after catching a cold, I asked the concierge and found the A/C controls between the beds. The A/C had been on high! We also pulled the curtains rather than knowing to use the electric controls. The Imperial should share this information with their guests.

I have stayed at the Imperial Tokyo over 10 times. Never disappointed. Great experience. Perhaps a steam bath at the hotel Fitness Centre can be a good addition.

We stayed a total of 6 nights. When we called for housekeeping or laundry - they were at our door in about a minute. I suggest signing up for the hotel's membership card (which is free). It gives you free use of the pool (which they would normally charge around $10 USD p/day) and also half price laundry. We also recieved a bottle of champagne with a birthday card from the hotel during our stay.We also had a great view of the city and it was less than 10,000JPY to get to the central train station via taxi.
