Shinjuku Prince Hotel, a business class hotel, is situated near the Tokyo Metropolitan City Hall and Seibu Shinjuku Pepe, a shopping complex. The financial district, Shinjuku National Garden and famous nightlife quarter (kabuki-cho) are within easy walking distance. On the second floor of the property, the Seibu Shinjuku railway station gives easy access to other parts of city and landmarks.

The high-rise hotel is well connected to the rest of the city. It is a good place for travelers looking for basic amenities in central location. Though many guests were satisfied with clean and renovated rooms, they griped about size of the room. They appreciated friendly staff and location.
