The Hotel New Otani, amid a sixteenth century Japanese garden, boasts excellent service for business travelers. This multi-storied property has both smoking and non-smoking guest accommodations. The business center of this urban hotel offers all modern facilities for the executives. There are a number of restaurants and bars- serving Chinese, Japanese and Western cuisine, shops and banquet rooms in the hotel complex.

This self-contained and upscale hotel offers everything required for business and leisure travelers. Most of the guests were happy with all facilities. They liked comfortable rooms, helpful staff, location and the views of the Japanese garden. For some guests, this huge complex was confusing as lots of walking was required to move between different parts of the hotel, while for others so many services under one roof were a big plus.
