Alila Ubud blends traditional Balinese architecture with contemporary designs on its perch above the Ayung River. Scenic views of the valley and surrounding mountains are available at the hotel’s open-style restaurant serving healthy and natural options of Balinese cuisine under coconut pillars and a traditional thatched roof. The cabana offers Asian specialties next to the pool. Available three miles away in Ubud, Bali’s artistic and cultural hub, are other dining options as well as a local souvenir market and the Ubud palace.

Alila Ubud will appeal to travelers who prefer accommodation with contemporary designs instead of traditional architecture. However, the resort still retains traditional Balinese warmth and attentive service of its staff so that guests will have an enjoyable stay. Alila Ubud Accommodations

Alila Ubud has 56 rooms, in 14 two-storey buildings, and 8 villas with views of Ayung River and surrounding mountains. Ground floor rooms have individual garden terraces and a back courtyard with open-air bathroom, while upper floor rooms have a private balcony with unobstructed views. All accommodations have air conditioning, mini bar, in-room safe, Ploh bedding, complimentary bottled water, and welcome amenities. The attached bathroom has separate bathtub & shower, telephone, bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. Non-smoking rooms and hypo-allergenic bedding are available on request. Room service is available round the clock and guests enjoy a complimentary a la carte breakfast.
