Villa Semana is surrounded by rice paddies and overlooks the Ayung River. Sculpted gardens and lush greenery complement the natural materials such as wood and stone used in the villa’s construction. Expansive views of the river and the surrounding valley can be admired over traditional Balinese or fusion Balinese & Thai fare at the open-air Pondok Restaurant, or over complimentary tea served poolside at 4pm. Three miles from the hotel is the art & cultural hub of Bali, Ubud, with its collection of shops selling traditional handicrafts and artworks by local artists.

Villa Semana Accommodations

Villa Semana has 10 traditional Balinese villas with a view of the rice paddies or river. All villas have a private pool, King-bed with mosquito netting, individually controlled air conditioning & ceiling fan, International Direct Dial telephone, a well-stocked mini bar, in-room safe, CD player, coffee/tea making facilities and daily English language newspaper. The attached bathroom has bathtub, outdoor shower, bathrobe, slippers, and hair dryer. Guests enjoy complimentary fresh tropical fruit basket, bottled mineral water and an American/Continental breakfast daily.

Admire the scenic valley from the infinity-edge pool or retreat to the River Terrace bale for a romantic meal. The library offers a selection of novels and CDs for rental, and Internet connection at extra charge.
