Panoramic views of the Ayung River valley can be admired on the terrace of La View Restaurant with a French-influenced Asian cuisine meal, or with snacks and drinks by the pool bar. This luxury resort is half a mile from the art & cultural hub of Bali, Ubud, where there is a local market selling Balinese & Indonesian art work, fabrics and home accessories.

Kupu Kupu Barong Resort Accommodations

The 20 villas of Kupu Kupu Barong Resort offer sweeping views of the valley and surrounding rice paddies from the balcony. All villas are constructed from sturdy red wood with separate living area and bedroom. All villas have individually controlled air conditioning & ceiling fan, cable television, CD/DVD player, mini bar with complimentary bottled water, in-room safe, and coffee/tea maker. Attached bathroom has bathtub/shower combination, bathrobes, slippers, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryer. Room service is available during designated hours and guests enjoy complimentary American or Indonesian breakfast. Cribs are available on request. Most villas have a private plunge pool.
