I was so impressed with this beautiful hotel. We certainly weren't expecting much because of the extensive poverty in this country, but wow! Beautiful, huge heated pool, 18 person jacuzzi, tennis courts, beautiful work out room, piano bar, casino, several restaurants, shops, GREAT BEDS, large beautiful bathrooms. One of the nicest places I've stayed anywhere!

This was a very beautiful and comfortable place to stay, very clean and the beds are super comfortable love it!! I only stayed in Guatemala for 3 days and the staying was Super!!

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. Spacious exercise facilities. Pool area. Free internet in lobby. Caters to business customers, but also very family-friendly.

There simply is no better place to stay in Guatemala City. Travel Agency on site is a plus and can arrangement trips at a very short notice. Rooms are great, very comfortable and well furnished. Food is excellent, particularly the Guatemalan breakfast at the cafe, and there are also very nice alternatives within a short walking distance. Safe bet is to contract a taxi/driver from the hotel for the length of your stay. They are very reliable and punctual.
