This hotel was 15 minutes from the airport. I was surprised at how spacious and beautiful the rooms were with unique central american woods and decor. Service requests were a little slow, maybe typical in this part of the world.

I have a ranch in Costa Rica, and travel there frequently. This hotel is clean, great rooms, nice pool and grounds, good restaurants, good service, and convenient to the airport and shopping. Note that this hotel is not located in the city center. I always stay here on my way back to the US.

Great property. Clean and well located near airport and highway. The price was good. NOTE: There restaurants are expensive.

Hotel's stuff definitely need training.They were terrible, especially waitresses. The only nice people there were cleaning ladies.We did not feel welcomed.We would not go again.Food was very expensive. One plus-Entertainment was excelent,there was graet band playing friday and saturday.

Mixed bag on service. Sometimes great sometimes they didnt care. Got room with fleas first night but upgraded to business class for trouble on the second. Calm, clean room, nice place to relax before you head home or for business. Casino staff are HORRIBLE. Dont play here.

I would rate it a 3 stars. The people who cleaned the rooms daily were excellent. The rest of the hotel staff could use training in hospitality area. Friendly but not trained in their profession. Food was good but lacked availability. Money exchange at front desk was horrible.
