Staff was very nice. Hotel was clean and had all the amenities. If you get an ocean view room, try to get it on the top (5th) floor or 4th floor to get above any trees that might block your view. The rooms on the non-ocean side have a pretty good view too. Only problem is the price, which is something you just have to pay on Grand Cayman. (Go Diving at Stingray City, Definitely worth the trip!)

Conveniently located across the street from a very nice beach with a reef where you can snorkel, decent rooms and amenities. Down side, no rooms had balconies, and the pool was in the shade during afternoons.

Located away from hustle & bustle of daily cruise ship tourists. Ocean-view room. Quiet. Wonderful staff. Excellent beach, snorkeling. Attractions not too far (although we had a car.) You have got to go feed the stingrays!

If you don't want to spend as much on a hotel as the other big hotel chains on 7 mile beach, this is the hotel. While it is not directly on the beach, it is right across the street (1 minute walk) and the Courtyard has it's own beach area with complimentary chairs and umbrellas. There is also a simple, small restaurant on the beach, which is convenient for drinks and lunch. The big hotels such as the Westin and Ritz are only about a 10 minute walk on the beach.

My husband and I were there in January of 07.....we will be going back January of 08. SUPER NICE MANAGERS and staff - take care of EVERY need at a great price. Makes NO sense to stay at the Ritz - even if I had the money! Count on them to give you a wonderful vacation!

location excellent-across from best snorkeling off the shore. bell staff excellent. try and get ocean view room on 4 or 5 floor as lower floor view may be blocked by palm trees

Had great time. Beach was 40 yards away and not crowded at all. Reef 30 yards off beach. Great for people that don't need entertained.

Ginger at Red Sail Sports available in the hotel lobby was very helpful in booking activities and recommending places to eat. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Islandview room overlooks the pool. Swim with the stingrays!! Ocean is across the street, so oceanview rooms probably not worth the extra cost.
