EXCELLENT AGAIN, THIS IS TWICE HERE AND BOTH TIMES EXCELLENT. CONTINUING TO INCREASE SERVICE AND THE PORT IS BUILDING ALL OVER.

staff great, many rest. to eat at around there with alot of security. Historical ship yards renovation. Palace just blocks away. yacht club, water taxi to Uruguay right there.
