While it probably was, at one point, a truly elegant hotel, most guests agreed that it was in desperate need of renovation. There were also some complaints about water pressure, as well as inconsistent water heating. On the other hand, the staff received mostly positive reviews, and the buffet breakfasts are an absolute hit. Late sleepers were glad that the breakfast was served till 10:30 am.
