The modern seven-floor Hotel America is ideally suited for sightseers and shoppers. The 100 room property is a 10 minute walk from Seville's magnificent Gothic cathedral and just moments away from Spain’s popular department store chain El Corte Ingles. The Fine Art Museum is 350 meters away and La Giralda tower is 500 meters from the hotel. Seville's San Pablo Airport is six kilometers away and the drive takes approximately 15 minutes. Room rates are reasonable for the quality rooms and the hotel, noted for its friendly service, caters for the business traveler with fully-equipped conference rooms.

The hotel’s 100 air-conditioned guestrooms are on seven floors and have a simple green and white decor with light green oak furniture. Restaurant America offers Spanish and international dishes with vegetarian and children's options. There is a friendly and informal lounge, Duque's Bar.
