This hotel provides well-priced accommodation in a convenient location in the city center. The modern property has eight stories (yes, there is an elevator) and is close to the Plaza de España. There is easy access to Madrid’s Metro system and taxis are easy to find. This is a predominately business area but close to good shopping and numerous restaurants. The Prado museum is three kilometers away and the Puerta del Sol 2.5 kilometers away. A taxi ride from the airport can take anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes depending on traffic and will cost up to €25.

Yes, if you are looking for good, clean accommodation in a busy part of the city. No, it you want a quiet night and fine dining. Many of the rooms are not soundproofed and if you have noisy neighbors you’ll know about it. The hotel restaurant has a limited menu and is far from the best that Madrid has to offer.
