Struggled with luggage; no bellboy on duty. No amenities for handicapped (ramp,etc). A/C not working in room. Staff rude, lacking customer relations skills. Beware of "free" breakfast promises: get it in writing. Under renovation; only 1 elevator working; construction exposed. Never again!
