The room was small. The resevation service was in India, the the reservation was mixed up a bit. The grading in Europe is at least 1 grade down from US hotel. The location was convenient, staff was helpful and spoke English.

The price was good. The reservation desk was based in India; therefore, there was mixed up of the room. Able to get the bigger room with the proof of confirmation. The location was convenient, room was too small. Categorized as 4**** as overstated.

Stayed Christmas weekend '04; large room; cheerful and helpful staff; generous and varied breakfast; very clean; excellent value for the price; don't worry that it's a few subway stops from the center of Barcelona -- it's really not far at all. Delighted that we stayed there.
