Does HotelsByCity recommend this hotel?

Central location of the three-star hotel is an advantage for travelers. Guests were impressed with unbeatable location, yummy breakfast, good value for money spent and warm staff. But they had a mixed opinion about the rooms. Some rooms were very small, dated and run-down, while others were spacious, spotless and cozy. A few guests also griped about noise.
