The location is ideal. I was disappointed in our room but I do know they have nicer rooms. The hotel is made up of very old homes (1700's) linked together.

The staff was extremely friendly and it is very clean. Also, it is ideally located in the center of the favorite spots in delft.

The room was too small, ceiling too low, and beds uncomfortable.

Best Western Delft Museumhotel & Residence´s centralized location means that youll not only be within easy reach of local historical and waterfront attractions, but much more such as rinsenhof Museum and Lambert Van Meerten Museum. For a nice excursion, guests can head to Kinderdijk Windmills Alb and to Madurodam. Additional nearby attractions include Old church and The Hague. Rotterdam is only 15 kilometres away. The property is located near the Railway Station and the TRAM. Guests of this hotel can begin their days by digging into the hotels breakfast, which can be enjoyed while accessing the wireless high-speed internet service that is available throughout the property. Guests are charged 19 Euros for breakfast. Also they must be aware that they´ll be charged Euro 2.20 per person, per night.

The overall appearance of this hotel is very friendly and inviting. The hotel features a great location near main attractions in Delft and near the train station. Guests have been known to get great promotion for two day stays. Accommodations offer small space to move around and offer the same caliber of furnishings as can be found throughout the hotel. Beds are very comfortable but they won´t guarantee a nice night sleep as walls are very thin and voices can be heard coming from adjoining rooms. Customer service is one of the highest points of this hotel as the staff is extremely courteous and informative.
