Residenza Cannaregio is housed in a 17th century monastery that was used as a gondola workshop in the 19th century. The hotel retains the original structure of pale brick walls and exposed beam ceilings while incorporating modern touches in its interior design. Guests can sip on cocktails under umbrella tables in the garden courtyard, or dine on Venetian cuisine at Al Piron Restaurant. The 14th century Sant’Alvise church is within walking distance from the hotel while the Grand Canal are about 550 yards away. Rialto Bridge is a 20-minute water bus ride away, while a 30-minute water bus trip will bring guests to Saint Mark’s Square.

From Marco Polo airport, take the Alilaguna water bus shuttle to Fondamenta Nove stop, then take water bus number 41 or 51 to Sant’Alvise. Walk along Campo di Sant'Alvise, turn right to Fondamenta dei Riformati then turn left to Calle dei Riformati. Continue to arrive at Residenza Cannaregio.
From Santa Lucia train station, take the water bus to Sant’Alvise then follow the above walking directions to Residenza Cannaregio.
