Hotel Principe stands along the Grand Canal and is comprised of three historical buildings, with the central building retaining its 15th century façade. The hotel’s premises fuses Venetian touches with modern amenities. Guests can savor Italian specialties on the waterfront terrace of Principe Ristorante on warm days, and sip a variety of drinks at the Marco Polo Bar. Within a half mile radius of the hotel are attractions such as the Jewish Ghetto, Ca d’Oro and the Scuola Granda di San Rocco. Located one mile away is Rialto Bridge while a little further from here is Saint Mark’s Square, the Doge’s Palace and the Bridge of Sighs.

Hotel Principe Accommodations

Hotel Principe has 139 non-smoking rooms decorated with period furniture and accessories. All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning & heating, satellite television, telephone, mini bar, and in-room safe. The attached bathroom has shower or bathtub, complimentary toiletries and hair dryer. Some rooms have wireless Internet connection and views of the Grand Canal. Room service is available during designated hours. Guests enjoy complimentary buffet breakfast.

Amenities offered

There are three function rooms that seat 50 (maximum) and are equipped with audio and visual aids for meetings, seminars and parties. Guests can leave valuables in safe deposit boxes located at the front desk, which is manned round the clock by staff who can also assist with requests for facsimile, wireless Internet connection, laundry/dry cleaning/ironing, and medical assistance. Public areas are air conditioned so guests can browse daily through newspapers at the lobby in comfort.
