This hotel is located right over the bridge from the bus parking lot in Venice. Very nice hotel, with wonderful service. It is virtually right on the canal. Some nights the canal smell was unpleasant, but, that's part of Venice. Rooms are very nice, and staff attentive. Breakfast was included, and was excellent. Great location for 2 night stay. Reasonable rates for Venice.
